Keep it simple stupid - well maybe
In the
software development firm that I'm involved in we learned that simplicity rules a long time ago but a thought crossed my mind the other day - if it's too simple does it make it worth less (as opposed to worthless). Here's the thought that crossed my mind - if you present to an investor a product or solution that is simple to use will they simply assume that the underlying technology is simple as well and therefore worthless (as opposed to worth less). My fear is that in the software world that that could be the case.
So if your inclined to explain things in one syllable you might want to get the thesauras out - just a thought.
