Tom manages business support for the EPIS entrepreneurs. Prior to this role, Tom was the founder, CEO and Director of ICS following on from his successful role as Centre Director of Hillington Park Innovation Centre. He was responsible for all aspects of the running of the ICS activities, projects and implementation of company strategy. Key focus for ISAS Strategic Direction, Leadership, Networks and Brokerage Experience.

During this period the company has developed a number of successful new projects as well as establishing the Innovation Centre as a best practice example in its field. This included the successful development of Wireless innovation project. As a consultant, he has worked with clients such as Nokia, Sony, BBC, Channel 4, BT, Orange, Cap Gemini, AT&T Labs, 3i, Apax and all the key UK Government departments.

Tom is well networked within the corporate finance and venture capital community, through placing and facilitating the raising of finance and sale of companies as well as undertaking NXD roles on behalf of a number of clients.
